The Stronghold is now offering Jiu Jitsu classes for toddlers (Ages 2-3 years old). This class requires one parent to assist with their child. Your toddler will learn how to do basic Jiu Jitsu drills, and work on balance/stability. Best of all, this class will be geared to helping your toddler release some of all that packed energy!

Please join us on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:15PM.

Cost per toddler: TBD as we are still in the beginning phases of this class.
