We are proud to announce that we will be bringing back a Fitness program back to Stronghold beginning Saturday, August 1 led by our new Coach, Toren Sutton!
The Stronghold first opened in 2007 with CrossFit & Jiu Jitsu as 2 of our main programs, and we unfortunately paused our CrossFIt classes in May of 2017. We are grateful to announce that our previous Coach Ray Regno will be mentoring Coach Toren and Coach Raquel on future endeavors of the Fitness program.
Coach Toren Sutton is a Marine Veteran with 11-Years of Service. He recently served as a Drill Instructor at MCRD for 3 years and looks forward to a new journey leading Stronghold Fitness. His fitness background includes weightlifting for 11 years with experience in Powerlifting, CrossFit and Strength Training. He plans to attend a StrongFit seminar in the upcoming months. Toren also began training in Jiu Jitsu in 2018 and had been actively competing since his 4th month of training.
Coach Raquel’s fitness background includes starting CrossFit in 2006 and she was a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer from 2011-2016. Her experience also includes Olympic Weightlifting and Kettlebells. She enjoys teaching fitness to kids and ladies (especially moms) of all different levels and backgrounds.
We will be offering 3 outdoor classes a day starting in August, and will have a maximum of 4 per class.

Private Training Session: $50/hr
5 Session Private Training Package: $225
