Are you a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Practitioner looking for a way to step up your Jiu Jitsu training? At The Stronghold, we have combined basic CrossFit workouts with other practical techniques to:

1) Boost your cardio
2) Build muscle endurance
3) Improve your grip training

Whether you are trying to improve for everyday rolling or for your next competition, we have a program that will benefit your Jiu Jitsu game. You do not have to train Jiu Jitsu at The Stronghold to participate.

Our CrossFit rates are as follows:
$45/month for a regular membership + $100 membership fee
$40/month for Military/Law Enforcement/EMT’s + $100 membership fee
*Membership fee is required and included 3 private lessons to learn CrossFit basic techniques
