Please note we will not be having any CrossFit or Jiu Jitsu Classes this coming Saturday, January 28 due to the Spartan Race and Gracie Nationals tournament. If you are free, come out and support!

Tonight we will be having Kids and Adults Intro to Jiu Jitsu Classes at our Point Loma location. If you have been interested in starting a new hobby this New Year and want to learn more about Jiu Jitsu, this class will be for you! Kids will be at 6PM, Adults will be at 7:30PM.

Tomorrow, Our Friends at Leverage JJ League will be demonstrating games and matches for their upcoming league on at 7pm at the Point Loma Location. Come and see what they’re all about or participate in the matches yourself. The League starts January 13th 2012 and a Competitors meeting will be held on Friday January 6th at Eastlake.
