We had a great turnout for Women’s CrossFit today! Women’s CrossFit is at 5:30PM Tuesdays and Thursdays, so if you are free, come by and try it! We also have free CrossFit classes every Saturday at 9AM. This weekend will our Saturday class will start at 9:15AM since we have a Jiu Jitsu tournament. Don’t forget there are no Jiu Jitsu classes.
