Kettlebells
I probably had my biggest strength gains with kettlebells, deadlifts and squats. I am going to have the 6pm strength and conditioning class do more work with kettlebells very soon!
CrossFit WOD:
Complete as many rounds in 15 minutes as you can of:
50 pound dumbbell Push jerk, 5 reps
7 Box jumps, 30 inch box
